Property Layout

The property consists of up to two floors. There is no elevator at this property.

Upper Floors

Guest rooms located on upper floors are accessible only via stairs and are not accessible to guests who cannot navigate stairs.

First-Floor Access

Some guest rooms are located on the first floor and may be accessed without stairs. However, first-floor rooms are not ADA compliant and do not meet all clearance, maneuverability, or bathroom accessibility standards.

Pool Access

The property includes a swimming pool. The pool does not have a mechanical lift or sloped entry system. Guests with accessibility requirements should carefully review this information before booking if pool access is a consideration.

Pool Safety

There is no lifeguard on duty. Use of the pool is at your own risk. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Guests are expected to comply with all posted pool rules and safety signage.

All reservations are processed through a secure third-party booking engine. Prior to arrival, guests are required to complete electronic registration and will receive digital access information.

This is a contactless property and does not operate a traditional front desk or reception. On-site staffing levels vary by time of day. Common areas may be monitored remotely.

On-Site Retail

An on-site ice cream shop operates on or adjacent to the property and is independently owned and operated. Abode Beach House is not responsible for the shop’s operations, policies, services, or accessibility. Guests should contact the business directly with related inquiries.

House Rules & Right to Refuse Service

To promote guest safety and comfort:

Compliance with all posted rules and applicable laws is required.
Quiet enjoyment of other guests and respect for the property is expected.
Unsafe, disruptive, illegal, or destructive behavior is prohibited.

Abode Beach House reserves the right to refuse service, cancel a reservation, or remove a guest from the property for failure to comply with hotel policies, failure to complete required registration, or behavior that interferes with the safety, comfort, or well-being of others or the property.

Non-Discrimination

Abode Beach House complies with applicable federal and state non-discrimination laws.

Damages, Loss, and Safety

Guests are responsible for any damage to rooms, furnishings, or common areas caused by the guest, their invitees, or service providers.

Personal property is the responsibility of the guest. The property is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to personal items except as required by law.

Only registered guests are permitted in guest rooms. Maximum occupancy limits apply per room and are disclosed in the room type descriptions.
