There are no guest rooms at this property that are fully compliant with the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design.
The property consists of up to two floors. There is no elevator at this property.
Guest rooms located on upper floors are accessible only via stairs and are not accessible to guests who cannot navigate stairs.
Some guest rooms are located on the first floor and may be accessed without stairs. However, these rooms are not ADA compliant and do not meet all clearance, maneuverability, or bathroom accessibility standards.
The property includes a swimming pool for registered guests.
Please note: The pool is currently undergoing renovations and is expected to reopen on May 15, 2026.
The pool does not have a mechanical lift or sloped entry system. Guests with accessibility requirements should review this information prior to booking if pool access is an important consideration.
Pool access may vary due to maintenance, weather conditions, or operational needs.
Service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable regulations.
Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy animals are not considered service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act. These animals are subject to the hotel’s pet policy, room availability, and applicable fees.
There is no lifeguard on duty. Use of the pool is at your own risk. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Guests are expected to comply with all posted pool rules and safety signage.
Limited on-site parking is available, including designated accessible parking spaces. A fee of $20 + tax per day will be charged to the credit card on file.
All reservations are processed through a secure third-party booking engine.
Prior to arrival, guests are required to complete electronic registration and will receive digital access information for their stay.
Guests must complete registration prior to arrival. Failure to complete the required registration may result in cancellation of the reservation.
Abode Beach House operates as a contactless property and does not maintain a traditional front desk or reception. On-site staffing levels vary by time of day, and some common areas may be monitored remotely.

An ice cream shop operates on or adjacent to the property and is independently owned and operated.
Abode Beach House is not responsible for the shop’s operations, policies, services, or accessibility. Guests should contact the business directly with any related inquiries.
Abode Beach House reserves the right to refuse service, cancel a reservation, or remove a guest from the property for failure to comply with hotel policies, failure to complete required registration, or behavior that interferes with the safety, comfort, or well-being of others or the property.
Guests are responsible for any damage to rooms, furnishings, or common areas caused by the guest, their invitees, or service providers.
Personal property remains the responsibility of the guest. The property is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to personal items except as required by law.
Only registered guests are permitted in guest rooms. Maximum occupancy limits apply per room and are disclosed in the room type descriptions.
Abode Beach House complies with all applicable federal and state non-discrimination laws.
A $150 pre-authorization for incidentals will be applied at check-in. This amount will be released after departure provided there is no damage to the room or outstanding charges.
Personal information collected during the reservation process may include name, email address, phone number, and reservation details. This information is used for reservation processing, guest communication, and operational purposes.
Email addresses may be used for reservation confirmations and stay-related communication. Guests may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Phone numbers may be used for reservation coordination and automated messages related to booking confirmations, arrival information, and stay updates. Promotional messages are sent only if a guest opts in.
