We offer a seamless process for room entry and exit.

Instructions and an entry code will be sent via text message on the day of arrival. Guests may go directly to their room after 4:00 PM and use the code provided to enter.

The check-in process is completed virtually on your phone via a secure link sent prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 72-hour cancellation policy.

Cancellations made within this window will result in a one-night charge. (This policy excludes non-refundable reservations.)

Room Access & Location

We are a two-story building with no elevator. Rooms located on the second floor are accessible only by stairs.

Please note that we do not guarantee the placement of a specific room, only the room type reserved. Please be aware of this when you make your booking.

Pet Policy

We offer select dog-friendly rooms for dogs up to 25 lbs. A maximum of two dogs per room is allowed.

A fee of $50 per dog, per night will apply.

Dog-friendly rooms are subject to availability and must be reserved in advance.

Parking

Limited on-site parking is available.

A fee of $20 + tax per day will be charged to the credit card on file.

Age Requirement

The guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age or older.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping service is provided daily and includes a light refresh (bed, towels as needed, and trash removal).

A full housekeeping service is required every third day to maintain the quality and condition of the room.

If you prefer to decline or modify service on any day, please notify the front desk at least one day in advance.

Pool Hours

Our pool is currently under renovation and will be unavailable until May 15, 2026 as we complete improvements to the space.

When open, the pool is available exclusively for registered guests and pool hours are from 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

We appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance the space.

Is There a Front Desk?

Abode Beach House operates as a contactless property and does not maintain a traditional front desk.

Our team is available remotely and on-site at the hotel office during varying times throughout the day. Guests may contact us by phone, text, or email if assistance is needed.
